Q1. What do you offer?

A: We offer varous patterns hair bundle / closures / frontals / varous kind of lace wigs / clip ins / Itips / tape ins.

Q2. Is your hair 100% human hair? 

A: Yes, the hair is 100% human hair with full cuticle aligned, no fiber mixed, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q3. Is your hair acid processed?

A: None of our hair was acid processed.

Q4. What hair do you have?

A: We have the raw hair (first quality) & virgin hair (second quality)

Q5. How many donors of your hair?

A. Raw hair is cut from one donor directly, virgin hair is multiple donors hair.

Q6. Whats the different between virgin hair and raw hair?

A: 1. Material: raw hair is one donor hair, virgin hair is multiple donors hair.
     2. Bleached ability: raw hair may bleached to #613, virgin hair up to #27.
     3. Lifespan: raw hair last over 3years, virgin hair last 1-2 years.

Q7. What grade is your hair?

A. Raw hair is the top grade, virgin hair equal to 12A.

Q8. Where are you base in?

A: We are in China, factory in Guangxi city, warehouse and sale department in Guangzhou city.

Q9. How long you guys have been in business?

A: Factory experience over 15years, Sale experience over 10years.

Q10. Can the hair be dyed / bleached / permed?

A: Yes, our hairs are 100% human hair can be dyed, bleached and permed.

Q11. Can the hair be bleached to #613?

A: Raw hair may bleached to #613 color, Virgin hair may up to #27.

Q12. What patterns do you have?

 A: Virgin hair including: Body wave / Straight / Loose wave / Natural wave / Deep wave / Water wave / Loose deep / Curly / Jerry Curl / Kinky curly / Kinky straight.

Raw hair including: Body wave / Straight / Loose wave / Natural wave / Deep wave / Water wave / Curly / Jerry Curl.

Q13. How many gram of your hair?

A: Bundles weight: 95-100g,
    Closure weight: 30g-50g,
    Frontal weight: 50g-70g

Q14. What lengths your hair up to?

A: Hair bundles and lace wig from 10-30inch, Natural color straight hair bundles up to 40inch; Lace closure & lace frontal from 10-22inch

Q15. Will your hair hold the curl well?

A: Yes, the curl will hold well, after wash will drop little but keep the pattern well.

Q16. Will the hair shedding or tangle? 

A: Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized.

Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is full cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil &dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

Q17. Why the hair has grey hair? 

A: As raw hair & virgin hair, we keep its original state, kindly understand there might be some minimum grey hair exist in the bundle.

Q18. Does The Hair Have A Bad Smell?

A: Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health! But we do cowash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell.

Q19. What lace size do you have?

A: We have lace items in the size: Transparent and HD.
Closures:4X4,5X5,6X6,7X7,2X6
Frontals:13X4,13X6, 360
Lace wigs: all the kind of above lace, and BOB, T-part, U-part.

Q20. What wig cap size do you have?

A: Small / medium / large. Pls tell us the size you need while place the order.

Q21. What density of your lace wigs?

A: Our lace wig is 180-200 density usually, If need higher density may ask for us to add the density.

Q22. What is the shipping methods?

A: Shipping by FEDEX / DHL

Q23. What is your process time?

A: We will ship the goods within 8 hours after the receive the payment.

Q24. How long will I get my package?

A: Shipping time usually take 3-5 to arrive. Africa country need 4-7 days.

Q25. Do you offer dropshipping?

A: Yes,Dropshipping is available, same way as the normal orders, the package would be shiped under your info, no extra commission, your clients will see the package is come from you .

Q26. Do you offer customize package?

A: Shipping time usually take 3-5 to arrive. Africa country need 4-7 days.

Q28. How long have you been in business?

A: Over 15years manufacture experience.

Q29. Do you offer sample?

A: Yes we have the sample kit which included 4pattern hair.

Q30. How many bundles for a full head? 

A: 10"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-22": 3 bundles, 24"-32": 4 bundles or more

Q31. Can I return the product if I dont like?

A: If you dont like the product it may return to us. pls contact us to get the return shipping address. All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.

Q32. Is that any custom tax?

A: Usually we will put low value amount like $10-$30 on the package to help customer avoid the custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some custom tax happen which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
